The PayPal payment method enables you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops. The purchase amount is immediately transferred to our bank account. You will receive your goods even faster. Payment by giropay

If you opt for giropay when paying in our online shop, the rest will almost automatically work. No cumbersome filling out of the transfer, no typing in the IBAN, BIC or intended use: giropay does all the hard work for you. You don't even have to register. You only need your access data for online banking. Giropay takes care of the rest for you. Further information and the option to register can be found on the giropay website.

 

Payment with credit card

Pay conveniently, easily and securely with your credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. When ordering, we need your card number, the validity and the check digit of your card in addition to your credit card company. The purchase amount is immediately transferred to our bank account. You will receive your goods even faster.

Within Germany:

 

The price for shipping and packaging for an order under 10 Euro is currently 2 Euro and over 10 Euro a flat rate of 5.90 euros including VAT per shipment (as of 01/2021).

From an order value of 80 euros including VAT, we ship free of charge.

 

For shipping within Germany,  a DHL Go Green package with shipment tracking is used. Precise information can be found in the respective product description.

The shipping costs given for Germany refer to the German mainland. Shipping costs to the German islands should be inquired about and clarified before an eventual order.

The delivery time for standard shipping within Germany is 3-5 working days from payment (within 24 hours), within 2-14 days Europe-wide, within 14-21 days worldwide, within 25-30 days in rural areas of the USA.

 

Several products ordered at the same time are delivered in one shipment; the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time applies to the joint shipment. For products that are made according to customer-specific requirements, the delivery time is extended by at least 1 week. The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day. Before placing an order, please check your billing and delivery addresses stored at www.natur-garn.shop for correctness.

 

International shipping within EU:

 

For international shipping within the EU, a price of 8 euros including VAT is currently applicable for all shipments. (As of: 02/2021)

International shipping is done with DHL.

 

International shipping with DHL to Great Britain, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland: 20 euros including VAT for all shipments (status: 02/2021).

 

International shipping with DHL to the Russian Federation: From an order value of> 200 euros, we offer a shipping price of 20 euros to the areas of the Russian Federation. (As of: 02/2021)

Additional bank and customs fees may apply here. These are borne by the customer.
